Our dedicated team is available during normal office hours (8.30am - 5.30pm) to assist with any queries that you may have concerning equipment that you have purchased from us or that you have had installed by Accurate AV.

We pride ourselves on providing an exemplary service; however we are aware that occasionally, product faults do occur. If this happens, please call us as soon as practically possible, so that we can attend to the fault straight away.

Our customers are very important to us and we take your concerns very seriously and we will always endeavour to get your equipment up and running with the minimum of fuss and disruption.

You can be assured that you have a dedicated team both in our HQ in Kent and in the field. All our team have been with our company for many years and what this means to you as the customer, is the all important continuity of service. Our aim is that you only need to speak to one contact within our organisation, and that contact will follow your query through from the very beginning to a satisfactory conclusion.

Please remember, you can call us at anytime, even if your call is not regarding a product fault, we are happy to give free advice relating to all audio visual systems, however large or small, simple or complex!
